Our types N, NR, L and LR are best-suited and specially developed for assessing the quality and compressive strength characteristics of concrete with the range of 10 to 70 N/mm2 (1’450 to 10’152 PSI).

PROFOMETER 5+

The Digi-Schmidt concrete test hammer combines Proceq’s classic Original Schmidt with a display unit that allows the direct reading and display of test results.

With the Digi-Schmidt, various parameters such as impact direction, form factor and time factors as well as carbonation depth can easily be set. The Digi-Schmidt is available in the versions ND and LD.

   

The compact, lightweight Profometer 5+ rebar detection system brings the power of non-destructive pulse-induction technology to the detection and analysis of rebar systems in concrete.

CANIN Corrosion Analysis

   

TICO Ultrasonic Testing

The Canin+ corrosion analyzing instrument provides two methods for investigating and assessing the corrosion of steel in concrete:

   • Half-cell corrosion potential method - accurate field potential measurements aid in detecting active corrosion in rebars.

   • Concrete resistivity method - the instrument measures the specific electrical resistivity of concrete.

 

This combination of potential and resistivity measurement improves the information about the corrosion condition of the rebars.

In order to satisfy individual testing needs, the Canin+ is available individually with a rod electrode, wheel electrode and/or Wenner probe configurations or as a complete system with all components.

   

Tico is an ultrasonic instrument which can be used for non-destructive determination of the quality of the concrete.

It uses the pulse velocity method to provide information on the uniformity of concrete, cavities, cracks and defects, the modulus of elasticity and compressive strength.

TORRENT Permeability Analysis

   

DYNA Pull Off Tester

The Torrent permeability tester permits a rapid and non-destructive measurement of the quality of the cover concrete with respect to its durability.

Concrete permeability, with respect to air and water, is an excellent indicator of the potential durability and resistance of a particular concrete against the ingress of aggressive media in the gaseous or liquid state.

 

   

The Dyna pull-off tester determines the adhesive strength on different surfaces in a user-friendly way. The main applications are to test the adhesive strength of coatings on concrete structures and the tensile strength of concrete.

Testing can be carried out on any point of a structure without having to install test devices prior to the casting of the concrete.

The Dyna is indispensable for the diagnosis of building structure damages as well as for checking completed renovation work.
